Very Helpful

I bought this book to help me write my soap notes while in nurse practitioner school. Although the book is listed as "family medicine," it also includes OB, peds, derma, ortho and psych. This book was very helpful to me and my teachers always complimented me on my work. I have recommended this book to other students.

Great intro to SOAP notes!

This is a great book for FNP students. It is helpful for common diagnoses. I needed something to help me in my pathophysiology class where SOAP notes were required. This definitely helped with many of the case studies.

Helpful resource ..

Not that detailed information and knowledge on each subject . Needed to be updated ( probably newer version ) but concise and helpful resourse for clerking and making doctor notes
Would recommend buying this book
And definitely would buy newer edition if happened to be released
